By accessing or using Statistics Monster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing period.
Cancellation & Refunds

- ✓Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

- ×No refunds for partial billing periods after the 14-day period
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect current billing periods.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STATISTICS MONSTER BE LIABLE FOR:

- •Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- •Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- •Errors or inaccuracies in tool outputs
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Statistics Monster and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:

- ×We may delete your account and data (subject to our data retention policy)
- •Outstanding payment obligations remain due
- •Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

- 2Arbitration: Binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its rules
- 3Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions
10. Miscellaneous
- •Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Statistics Monster regarding the Service
- •Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- •Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
- •Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely
- •Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our reasonable control
